Corazón Contento has been full since the day it opened. Not because of advertising — there isn't much — but because the kitchen earned it. The ingredients are sourced with care, the provenance is known, and the dishes are put together with the kind of attention that makes you want to eat slowly and order again. The presentation alone tells you someone thought carefully about what ended up on the plate.
There are two locations in the city centre, including one in the quieter Santa Ana neighbourhood. The drinks are taken as seriously as the food — the matcha in particular has become something of a quiet institution among regulars. The team genuinely enjoys what they do, and in a city full of restaurants, that energy is neither common nor invisible.
