All guides sold on mayatuya.com are digital products delivered as PDF files. Once a guide has been downloaded, we are unable to offer a refund — this is standard practice for digital goods under both Mexican law and UK consumer regulations for digital content where download has begun.

The Conscious Traveler and any other free guides are offered at no charge in exchange for your email address. By downloading a free guide, you agree to receive occasional updates from Maya Tuya. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Maya Tuya curates and recommends local businesses (Aliados Verificados) based on personal visits and agreed standards. Recommendations are editorial — we are not a booking platform and do not take commission on sales made by Aliados. Any dispute with an Aliado business is between you and that business directly.

The "benefit" offered by each Aliado to Maya Tuya travellers is a voluntary commitment made by that business. Maya Tuya cannot guarantee the benefit in all circumstances — if an Aliado fails to honour it, let us know and we will address it.

Becoming an Aliado is subject to a separate bilateral agreement signed with Maya Tuya. That agreement governs the relationship between Maya Tuya and the Aliado business. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website only.

Maya Tuya curated experiences are sold separately through our booking process. Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms are stated at the point of booking. If no specific terms are stated, please contact us before purchasing.

All content on mayatuya.com — including text, photography, design, guide content, and brand assets — is the property of Maya Tuya. You may not reproduce, adapt, or distribute any content without our written permission. If you'd like to share something, just ask — we're usually open to it.
